Burundi · JNP Coffee · Washed
Filter Roast
From Burundi's high altitudes, single-varietal and washed by JNP Coffee – a project working closely with smallholder farmers and women's cooperatives across the region. A light filter roast that does exactly what Burundi coffee does best: crisp, vibrant acidity, notes of berries and black tea, a delicate, transparent body.
Perfect for: Pour-over, V60, Aeropress, French Press.
Popayán · Decaffeinated · Colombia
Medium Roast · Espresso & Filter
A single origin from the highlands of Cauca in southwest Colombia – the Meseta de Popayán is a protected designation of origin, much like you'd find with wine. We've chosen a gently decaffeinated single origin that tastes just as complex as any specialty coffee: balanced sweetness, caramel, subtle citrus notes, rounded body. Medium roast – works equally well in an espresso machine or as a filter brew.
Ideal for: That evening cappuccino after work, or for anyone who wants to skip the caffeine without compromising on taste.
Brazil Mogiana · Colina Soave · Natural
Espresso Roast
Our new go-to for the espresso machine. Mogiana is one of Brazil's most storied coffee regions, nestled between São Paulo and Minas Gerais. Natural processing, Crop 25/26, Strictly Soft, Fine Cup – notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut and brown sugar, dense body, long sweet crema. The bean that makes our espresso so round and full-bodied.
Made for: Espresso, Flat White, Cappuccino – everything that classic milk drinks are built on.
